Between Dynamic Web and Static Web

Based on the content, the web can be divided into 2 types:  Dynamic Web and Static Web.
Dynamic Web is the Web with content updated frequently and more interactive. Because periodically added with new information. An example is a Web News, Web Ads or Personal Blog.

Dynamic Web programming created by extremely complicated process because it requires language skills courses such as php, asp, javascript, ajax, etc. But as has been widely developed opensources CMS software like Joomla, Wordpress, Drupal, Blogger and many others. So that makes it easy to be operated by a layman.
