I use the QMS (Conten Management System) Wordpress. Once installed through cPanel, we get into WordPress and have provided a lot of templates, just select. If you want more options, there is a link to go to Wordpress.org. In addition to the template, there is also free and paid plugins blog optimization. Please you check into Wordpress.org
In addition, many free Wordpress templates found on the internet. You can just type in the browser: free wordpress template, it will display thousands of sites offering free templates. You can just download and use.
The beginner usually hesitant after the install templates. Because there is no image and content, seems empty and have absolutely no appeal. All templates are like that. Our blog interesting and least, depending on how we make up.
Designing on a Wordpress template there is no difficulty, because it has provided a variety of widgets. It depends on our experience using Wordpress CMS. Each template has different characteristics which will be known once accustomed to using Wordpress.

However, to design a ready-made blog also required patience and consistency. Constraints faced lies not in technical issues, but on our attitude is easily bored and desperate fast. In addition, there are no interesting blog that is built in one day.
